We currently do not offer refunds on any orders.
• Candles, mugs, and apparel are eligible for exchange only in case of damage or manufacturing issues.
• Liquid Fragrance-led products (including perfumes and reed diffusers) are not eligible for return or exchange once purchased.
To request an exchange, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details.
For an exchange to be successfully processed, the product must be returned unused, with invoice, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Items that are damaged, used, or returned without proper packaging or broken seals will not be eligible for exchange.
All approved exchanges will be processed promptly.
